Q : If I don't have an account can I still use the service?

A : Absolutely! If you have only an occasional need for our services, your order can be placed using a major credit card.

Q : What is your area of coverage?

A : Our primary area of coverage includes the the city of Chicago and surrounding suburbs within a 40 mile radius of downtown Chicago. Chicago Messenger can assist you with your delivery needs going anywhere in the 48 contiguous states .

Q : How much weight can a biker carry?

A : A biker may carry up to 10 pounds. At times we may suggest that your shipment would be better suited for a car in order to maintain the integrity of the contents.

Q : Do you have other vehicles, including Trucks?

A : In addtion to bikers, we utilize cars, vans, and cargo vans. Also, we have an array of trucks ranging from 16ft box trucks to 53ft tractor trailers. We can deliver anything from an envelope to a truckload!

Q : What are your hours of operation?

A : For your convenience we are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We Never Close.

Q : Can I place my order online?

A : Once you have an established account number, at your request we can set you up to access our online order entry and tracking. The process is quick and easy. Call us at (312)997-2850.

Q : Is there a cost associated with online ordering and tracking?

A : Online ordering and tracking is a completely free service to all of our customers.

Q : What are your rates?

A : The primary variables used to determine the rates are distance, vehicle type, time of day, weight and of course, type of service requested. We provide free rate quotes.

Q : I ship a lot of shipments daily, how can CMS help me save my time?

Q : I have a fleet of trucks, and the overhead is making my shipping costs skyrocket, how can CMS help?
